Food can be scrumptious…
It can also be scary. It might be delectable, joyous, confusing, comforting, infuriating, inconvenient, and sometimes even all these things at once. It’s a way to connect to ourselves, to our culture, family, traditions and maybe even disconnect from the world around us or our day-to-day stressors.
